Our Quality Control Program @ HKA is made up of NEIEP (National Elevator Industry Education Program) trained vertical transportation technicians.  Moreover, our Qualified Elevator Inspectors [QEI] are certification as licensed Elevator + Escalator Inspectors.

Managers and Supervisors stay current on all applicable and projected code enforcements for each local jurisdiction through the National Elevator Association of Safety Authorities (NEASA) and the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC).

All current performance conditions, noted equipment deficiencies and/or code violations are documented and sent + uploaded to the authorized Project Manager, Regional Supervisor and assigned Route Technician via emails and or our new state of the art client portal.
